These terms govern access to the Holospotlio.online generative intelligence evaluation index. By using this site, you acknowledge that it is an informational registry and not a guarantee of tool availability, output quality, pricing, safety behavior, or commercial suitability.
1. Evaluation methodology
ELO values, rankings, generation benchmarks, and technical parameters represent aggregated real-world benchmarks compiled for comparative reference. Results may vary according to prompt complexity, queue conditions, account tier, hardware, region, model revision, interface, and network conditions. A listed speed is an approximate observed average rather than a service-level commitment.
Dataset statements are reviewed against the May 2026 registry snapshot. Third-party names, marks, products, and destinations remain the property of their respective owners. Holospotlio does not represent that it operates or endorses any linked tool.
2. Permitted use
You may read, link to, and cite the public index for personal, editorial, research, or internal evaluation purposes. You are responsible for complying with the terms, licenses, usage policies, and applicable laws of every external service you access.
You must not use the index to facilitate fraud, abuse, unlawful content generation, unauthorized access, or infringement of another party's rights.
3. Restricted extraction and mirroring
Automated network scraping bots, algorithmic harvesting, bulk extraction, systematic crawling, database replication, framing mirror tactics, and redistribution of the registry without written authorization are prohibited. Attempts to bypass interface controls, overload the service, or reproduce the complete evaluation matrix through automated means are not permitted.
4. No professional warranty
The registry is supplied on an “as available” basis. Holospotlio disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness, uninterrupted access, and non-infringement. You accept responsibility for validating any technical, financial, legal, or operational decision using independent sources.
5. Updates and contact
We may revise rankings, wording, links, metrics, or these terms as models and market conditions change.
